Agribusiness Summit 2009: January 28-30 Georgia Tech Global Learning Center Downtown Atlanta, Georgia

The AgGlobalVision Agribusiness Summit is an annual gathering of international food and agribusiness senior executives who wish to network, examine leading food chain models and challenge the status quo. The Summit content focuses on food chain topics of interest to senior executives in global agribusiness, emphasizing those that are emerging opportunities or threats.

From Monsanto’s approach to the seed revolution to UPS’s global logistics execution that insures Bonefish Grill’s lobster supply, Summit 2009 will examine the best approaches from today’s food chain. The Summit is designed to provide ample time both to tackle global food chain issues and to learn from others about their individual perspectives.

Knowledgeable speakers and frank discussions combine to critically examine food chain issues through the use of fresh case presentations and group discussions. The case study methodology provides the opportunity to understand the thought and decision making processes of peers when they approached similar issues identified in the case studies.

Our vision of maintaining local relevancy while examining strategies of global preeminence provides high quality, enriching experience for the participants. Summit 2007 participants gave this approach high marks with over 90% of attendees bestowing the highest rating possible for overall satisfaction in post-seminar surveys.
